Liked: It was convenient.
Disliked: This is our second stay here. I really wish that y'all would supply CLEAN towels and sheets. There was dried "bodily fluids" on the the comforter and sheets. Very obvious. LOLThe "white" towels are brown and dingy. Add bleach when you wash the towels/sheets to HOT water. And y'all might want to make sure there's smoke alarms so you don't get shut down. If you decide on this place, bring toiletries, towels, blankets, and sheets! Other than that, truckers welcome!

worth the money

Liked: stayed one night in Linden Tx. Royal Inn. Only hotel in the small town. It is a dated Motel, but surprised me. Got into the room and first this I noticed that it did not have that dated or smoke smell. Furniture looked like it was from the 70s, but none of it was broken or worn out. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. It was a total of 70 dollars and well worth the cost.
Disliked: thin blanket and a good ac, got chilly at night. coffee pot would have been nice, but not expected at a budget motel

Disliked: The towels were dirty, the bedding was dirty, the furniture was filthy and it smelled. People were knocking on our door & window at all hours of the night sound like someone was coming through the wall

Disliked: There's no phones in the rooms the Wi-Fi sucks there's no amenities and the staff was very rude
