Liked: Repair shower faucet, lavatory drain just clean out the trap should be good, very slow draining, fix shower drain cover, get settings on the heater/ air conditioner so you don’t have to get up five times in the night to turn up and down to get the best temperature.

Liked: Although close to traffic, the room was extremely quiet. We were very comfortable in our room!
Disliked: The heater/air conditioner was loud. The step up/down to the bathtub seemed a little dangerous—but we are older and always worried about falls.

Liked: Clean room and good price.
Disliked: They had turned off the room heat and hadn't turned it back on before our arrival. 58 degrees in the room with 15 outdoor temperature. It took several hours to warm to a comfortable level. No separate bathroom heat, just a heat lamp that wasn't working when we arrived. The desk clerk was able to get it working.
