Older motel, very nice room.

Liked: We stayed there based on cost. It is an older motel. Looked a little sketchy on the outside, but the room was modern, the water clean and hot (nice shower temperature), the bed comfortable, and the heating/cooling worked well. Would I stay there again? Yes. Guess that says it all.

This was a great place...

Liked: This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel as it's fairly convenient to the airport without having to stay in the Twin Cities. It's a quiet, comfortable place at a reasonable price for the area. No bells and whistles but great service and a snack :)
Disliked: It's a little confusing to get into the parking area off the access road if you are not familiar with the area.

Liked: We were traveling and just needed a place to sleep. After reading the reviews for Royal Inn we decided to give it a try! What a pleasant surprise!Our room was exceptional! Great bed, very quiet and unusually clean! Would stay again!

Liked: The room was exceptionally clean. I’ve been to a lot of different properties and was pleasantly impressed with the care of the room. Honestly, I was sum what skeptical when I arrived, but was greeted with a smile and care. The property is somewhat deceiving, but we were very impressed with the rooms cleanliness and attention to detail. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
