Liked: The manager keep you safe love the way they care about you

Liked: It was easy to get to from the I-20. And easy to return to I-20.
Disliked: I booked a 2 bed smoking room.I got a 1 bed non-smoking room

Liked: Tried to contact the place several times, only to have success an hour before, that person was rude (some female) hung up on me twice; wanted to try to get into room a tad early, as we arrived way earlier than expected, geeze - I even offered to pay extra so we could shower......yeah, the bathroom was COVERED in bugs, the HVAC unit completely shut off so was VERY uncomfortable when walking in Overall, the entire bldg seemed like it was prepared to be torn down, several doors were just hanging, really NO parking
Disliked: EVERYTHING

Liked: Easy to get to.
Disliked: The room lights were malfunctioning and the a/c filters had not been cleaned in what seemed to be months. They tried to charge me a higher rate, but corrected it when I caught it on my bill.
