Liked: The location was very convenient, right in the city centre and close to the main bus station. The personnel was polite and happy to help us. The breakfast was a classic italian, with plenty of sweet options and good coffee.
Disliked: For a 4 stars hotel, the beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable. The rooms were not the most soundproof, we heard everybody crossing the hallway, and we were even troubled by some drilling during one day. We understand that is not a common habit to eat vegetables in the morning, but some options of this sort would have been highly appreciated.

Great Location-Comfortable & Clean

Liked: This hotel is very nice and the location is great. It's right off the blocks long pedestrian mall that we thoroughly enjoyed. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was typical and good. The front desk crew was excellent. They arranged for our taxi request in a fine way.
Disliked: The WiFi in our room was lousy. My iPhone would bounce from WiFi to data and eventually refust to connect to WiFi. Connecting my laptop was impossible unless I went to the lobby. That prevents a 10 rating.

Liked: Royal Hotel is simply the best place for a short or a long stay in Cosenza. First of all the staff is fantastic, then also the place and location, and the facilities including garage and a perfect espresso.
