Liked: Size of room and bathroom.. Location.
Disliked: Room was too hot,even with the window wide open and radiators off. Dirty and dusty. Fridge isn't really cold. Ceiling damage etc makes you feel that nobody really cares about how the rooms feel and look.

Liked: Good central location, pleasant friendly staff and a good choice of breakfast.
Disliked: Basic bedroom, bedbase damaged, sink in bathroom cracked, had to change the chair in the room due to stains.

Liked: Location was great.The hotel is very beautiful inside.Our room was large and comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom floor wasn't clean and carpets in bedroom not hoovered Also out room was next to the lift which was very noisy late at night.
