Liked: Large bed, comfortable pillows, and soft sheets. Most of the staff were helpful.
Disliked: Took our booking for a double room. None were available, so we were told that we were being upgraded to a suite. The lift only went to the floor below. The room hadn't been recently dusted. The heating only worked in the bathroom. After it was dusted, at our request, the window sills still had many dead flies on them. These were concealed behind the curtains. One of the leather sofas in the sitting room was in dreadful condition and completely worn out. Damp was coming through some of the wall in the sitting room, causing the paint to peel off.
