Room service hahaha!!!

Liked: The room was nice, but there was no microwave.
Disliked: We ordered room service, which is on the hotel description in every elevator, and dinner would be brought to your room. This was not the case. We ordered and told they would call our room. Well, over an hour later, we called back. Oh, they tried calling but went to voicemail, this is the hotel phone, and it never rang, and you would think, well, maybe bring the food up...nope, they want you to go down to the resteraunt and pick it up. So we said now the food should be remade, and now give us a time to go pick it up. And this was chicken wings and soup and salad. It took nearly 2 hours. Maybe change the info in your elevators to not room service, but pick up. Don't order room service if your hungry.

Liked: Friendly and professional staff. Large room and excellent gym.Nice bar and food available as well as the best buffet included.
Disliked: Hide a bed was extremely uncomfortable. But we had a king for my daughter and I so it was still very comfortable. She just enjoys the hide abed for some reason

Disliked: Bathroom needs a facelift, heating unit was not functioning right but it was fixed promptly. Breakfast was ok, but I've had better.

Good location with amazing breakfast

Liked: I liked the convenience of the location and lot of available rooms that we could choose from. The staff helped us to switch to the new room very promptly. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of variety of food, the service was great.
Disliked: Outdated hotel rooms smelled odd, and our first room smelled like cigarettes.
