Disliked: I did not like that fact that there was no staff to walk along with me to take me to the room from the very first time. I struggle to find the microwave location to get my food warm enough to eat! I know that there’s communication line to call the desk but I recommend that a staff member should go along with the guest to be able to show them all the useful appliances or equipment that they need to use for the first time so that the guest will not have to be calling or struggling to locate utilities in the room!

Disliked: Only restaurant open at 10:30 at night had no heat. I froze eating something after a very long flight before going to bed.
