Front desk staff, please be...

Disliked: One particular front desk lady!When I was booking the hotel room online, below the total amount of the fee for staying, it said there would be a $100 damage deposit upon arrival. However, when I was at the hotel, the front desk receptionist asked for a $100 damage deposit PER NIGHT'S STAY instead. I was staying for a total of 7 nights; therefore , they were trying to get a $700 damage deposit from me! In the end, we agreed on a $200 deposit for the entire stay . On my check-out date, the front desk receptionist refused to return my $200 deposit, claiming that I never paid it! I had to prove that I had paid that money, and they remained silent ! There was one female front desk receptionist who was very disrespectful , rude, and haughty, throwing attitude my way when I was speaking, making my entire stay very unpleasant.
