Poor

Liked: Room was clean. Television had plenty of channels. Shower hot water came on quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Not enough receptacles. I had electronics and tool batteries to charge and had to do that from 2 receptacles in the room and one at the sink. No receptacles near the bed so I could not use my CPAP machine. Need 2 soap bars. one for shower and one for sink. Pillows were hard and mattress was soft. I had to be at work by 6am so I could not take advantage of breakfast.

Mixed feelings, but beds were...

Liked: I liked that they had a room with 3 beds. Traveling with 3 older kids, we need more beds than 2. The first staff impression was not great BUT after that they were very friendly and attentive when in the breakfast area. The beds were nice and clean. The location was convenient.
Disliked: We requested an early check-in prior to going, never got a response via the app. So we stopped in to see if we could. I was told it would be $25. Which I said I would not pay, then I was asked what would I pay... I said I'm not paying extra. I was told come back at 3pm, it'll be no problem. So we left and went back at 3pm. When I checked in I was told we couldn't earlier because of them cleaning, however the room was not super clean. The tub had dirt in the bottom, most things were dusty. The heater was not on, so the room was frigid, the refrigerator was unplugged. I assume if you know people are coming at 3 you'd at least prep the room while"cleaning it". The beds were very clean, so that's what mattered most to us.

Liked: Breakfast is put out too late. It should be put out earlier for those who start their day early.
Disliked: The location is too close to the railyard, constant noise from the trains

Liked: The room was beautifully furnished and extremely well cleaned . I really loved my room.
Disliked: 10$ up charge for my dog

Disliked: I paid a pet deposit and then when I left they charge me an extra $10 for my pet.
