Liked: The staff were really pleasant and friendly food was good
Disliked: We booked the hotel mainly for the pool. We booked about a week or so before. Dat after arriving I asked when pool would be open and they said it was closed a complementry email or phone call to say pool was closed should of been done or before we booked the hotel

Liked: The hotel is a beautiful old property with an interesting history. It was extremely well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff, led by Bogdan and Gabi were really lovely! They were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was well cooked and presented with a beautiful breakfast buffet.

Liked: It was a good location, close to the sea and town centre. The breakfast was good, offering continental buffet and a variety of cooked options.
Disliked: It is a bit of a rabbit warren and we did get lost trying to find our room.

Liked: A very quaint hotel near the sea & the shops. Attractive rooms especially the sitting room with sea view. The food was excellent with very attentive staff led by the lovely Gabby! - one of the best Sunday Roasts I have had! I will look forward to a return visit!

Lovely hotel , lovely staff,...

Liked: Mum and I had a really lovely stay at this generous , welcoming hotel. Its is situated very close to the beach and also Sidmouth Town is a lovely and short walk from the hotel.We ate breakfast both mornings of our stay and also had one evening meal. Both meals were absolutely delicious and generous portions.The staff were very friendly ,welcoming and attentive.
Disliked: I am a bit of a coffee snob so that was the only thing I didnt enjoy. Maybe a coffee machine would be a good purchase and with the option to pay for a coffee. I would happily pay for even a machine coffee.
