Disliked: Shouver gel and sampoon was finished at the bathroom. There was't wifi signal at the our floor. I asked to manager at reception about problem, but did'n done anything to solve problem.

Liked: We stayed at the hotel for 1 night after going to see Inter Milan at the San Siro. The hotel was very spacious and comfortable and the staff were excellent

Short stay near concert venue

Liked: Great location for Assago Forum and the concert we saw. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of different foods. We noticed people were offered a coffee or tea but we used the machine, we didn't realise we could have one made! The room was large, spacious and comfortable. Ideal for a short stay.
Disliked: The room was very dusty. We found several beetles. The plugs weren't usable- The USB point by the bed charged very slowly there was only one so my friend and I had to share. There was another plug socket in the wall, this was hanging out with exposed wires so we didn't use it. The air conditioning didn't work, The hotel was boiling hot and we slept with the window wide open. The staff on reception were overwhelmed with guests, and it took a long time to check in. They were doing an excellent job under difficult circumstances, maybe the hotel needs to put more staff on reception to help when it is busy?

Liked: The garden, the view and the whole area was absolutely stunning. I loved the whole thing and it was really amazing :)
