It was a great stay

Liked: The location ,spacious room even its a bit old ( furniture ) and also the concierge staff by the name of Dany . He was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, which made our experience truly enjoyable.
Disliked: I would also like to share a small piece of feedback regarding the front desk staff. While they were helpful, I feel that a warm smile and a more welcoming approach would make a big difference, as they are the first point of contact for guests. A friendly and cheerful reception always sets a positive tone for the stay

Liked: The room was quite clean but there were some shortcomings. For example, the lack of slippers was an important shortcoming for me. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very convenient to Assago Forum.

Liked: This property is in very easy walking distance of the concert hall - Assago Forum. There is a walking gate that lets you out of the hotel grounds and walk about three minutes to the entrance of the Forum. Very convenient. You can also walk within about 5 minutes to the Metro station, by way of an overpass. The room was updated and clean.
Disliked: Everything was great.
