Lovely hotel and for the most part lovely staff. Beware, we were told to be at the restaurant for breakfast before 10.30. We were not told all food is removed at exactly 10.30. We were made to feel very uncomfortable when we weren't out of there at 10.30 on the dot.

Liked: Room was comfortable and well appointed, to a point. Staff very friendly. Location excellent.
Disliked: Asked for twin beds as travelling with a work colleague but they were pushed together so not ideal. No iron in the room that we could find. The hotel bar, the piano bar, was quite lifeless which is a shame for a hotel of this calibre.
