This place is not a...

Liked: Location, staff was great, rooms were large, pool area is wonderful.
Disliked: Mattress needed to be replaced, could have used a room refresh as we were there 10 days.

Passable

Liked: Outdoor facilities, basketball, heated pool.
Disliked: Only one elevator with lines of people waiting almost every single time. Unfriendly night manager. Coffee in a different building?

Would definitely stay there again...

Liked: Really liked the facility ! The room layout is great. Furniture comfortable. Bed was good. Kitchen area excellent. Parking under the hotel.
Disliked: Having the Air Handler in the main area is bad design. The noise was terrible when it ran. The entrance door wouldn't close without a real effort. Maintenance said it was the weather causing swelling. Very possible but it needs to be fixed so you don't have to slam it shut.

Cold Weather but Warm smiles...

Liked: The STAFF is always friendly and professional. Beautiful views from every room in the North Tower. Thai is the best and genuine. Always feel like family.
Disliked: The weather was the only down fall. However, they really tried to make the stay joyous with free Hot Chocolate and beautiful smiles. Would have stayed longer but work needed us.
