Liked: Location. We went to the BIC, My partner has fibromyalgia and finds it painful to walk long distances some days. So was ideal for her.
Disliked: Slight noise from outside. Our room was just above the 1812 entrance and couple were shouting at each other.

Perfect for attending BIC

Liked: All of the staff were helpful, friendly and professional.Breakfast was really good.The room was HUGE and the brd comfortable.Parking was the most secure (walled/electric gated/CCTV) than I've seen at any other hotel.It was a 1min walk to the BIC.
Disliked: N/A - An easy/perfect stay.

Liked: The location for the BIC, and on site parking.
Disliked: Room was very tired, bath still had water in and scale, room was cold, glass vibrated in window....so they swapped us to a family room, which wasn't too bad...apart from was directly above the bar...so didn't get to sleep until after 2am when is was quiet!The staff were friendly, though!

Great Hotel, would recommend, but...

Liked: Great location for seeing all the main attractions in Bournemouth - the Beach, the Bic, Bournemouth Pavillion, shopping.The Hotel is very good, but i would say (and the Staff do fore warn you upon arrival) that they have two areas of the Hotel that have music and dancing until the early hours (Up to 6am in one place), so it will get noisy. Didn't bother us although we heard it slightly from our room.

Amazing place to stay

Liked: The staff where all loverly and very polite The breakfast was amazing 10 out of 10 I didn't go down to entertainment but heard it from the room and sounded great helped me sleep. room was loverly very clean
Disliked: Not so keen on the bed was bit uncomfortable but that won't stop me from booking again
