Great hotel for a one...

Liked: Great hotel with parking. Comfortable room. Ideal for visiting the Pavilion.

BIC trip

Liked: Location excellent opposite BIC, secure parking on site good value. Lovely hotel and room, excellent breakfast. Midweek stay so no disturbing evening events. Very good value. Staff great, very helpful.
Disliked: Heating was on a timer and did not come on till 4.30. Just took the chill off the room when it did come on. Reception staff did supply a temporary oil filled radiator which helped. Currently need heat due to health condition. All points lost for the heating.

Liked: The location is great, friendly staff and very clean throughout. Great secure car park. A lovely bar with really quick service and a fab band on the weekend.
Disliked: The shower being fixed and unable to moved the showerhead.

Over priced drinks not value...

Liked: Our lamp above the bed had dried blood splattered on the lamp shade. We opened the window and there was a spoon on the balcony where someone had been burning heroine
