The website indicated that breakfast was included. When the booking was made breakfast was excluded. The reception staff was going to query this and get back to us - she never did.

Disliked: Windows in the room and bathroom blowing a gale. Room cold, small radiator in the room, and small heater. On arrival, the bar closed, and there was no were for a hot drink. Reception brought a cup of hot water for you to make a drink from a tray. The hot water in the cup wasn't hot. Personally, I think this isn't inviting on arrival.

Liked: Not a great deal it’s rundown and in need of a investment it’s tired scruffy and dirty
Disliked: It’s just a run down hotel an s sadly not sure we noticed any of rh staff smile
