Door did not work

Liked: 332 room Door did not close . Told the front desk and they did not listen . Could not leave the room for that reason and have some dinner

Would never go back there...

Liked: Awful place and the worst customer service.
Disliked: This hotel was a complete disaster—unsafe, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. The nightstand collapsed at 3 AM, the staff refused to let me speak to a manager, and another guest even threatened me, forcing me to leave for my safety.

Never booking with them again.

Disliked: The room smelled like cigarettes. The stench was lingering even after leaving the balcony door open. The lamps on the side of the bed wasn’t working.
