Staff was very polite. Food was very good and tasty. The Executive Chef is very friendly and certainly has a handle on what's going on in the kitchen. Will definitely visit again.

Liked: The staff at RCL were excellent, especially Mads on the concierge desk who made endless phone calls to try and track my delayed luggage.

Great escape to the mountains

Liked: We enjoyed the pool, steam room, and hot tub. The on demand tv was a nice feature.The restaurant had good breakfast options
Disliked: The beds could have been more comfortable
