Convenient and clean place to...

Liked: Convenient to Paddington Station - only 8 minutes walk. Room was clean but very small. No restaurant or bar but there are plenty nearby.
Disliked: A bigger room would have been nice

Worst experience ever

Disliked: I literaly got robed here. I beg for a refound with a lot of time of anticipation and nobody reply they took my money and there was never a reply. This is the biggest scam ever.

Stolen valuables from our room

Liked: The receprionist Danny was one of a kind. He is such a kind hearted man.
Disliked: We got stolen from our room. A branded hat got missing and was no where to be found. We spent a week locking literally everything.The shower was not fully functioned and me and my daughter had to shower with a bucket.The room was super small no space for luggages and a pushchair.
