Liked: The building has a lift.
Disliked: Room far smaller than we expected. We paid far more here for a room smaller than we'd had in other place in London.

Fantastic place to lay your...

Liked: This was my second stay here. The Royal Cambridge is very clean staff are always kind and polite. If there was one thing i would say, it needs to change the size of their bath towels, they are far too small.

Liked: Nothing .
Disliked: You could hear everything, showers, walking, washing, chairs scraping.Not happy at all,not much sleep just to noisy needs sound proofing.

third visit, looking to come...

Liked: 24 hour reception attendance. Room comfortable, good supply of drinks. cleanliness excellent.
Disliked: A continental breakfast would have been appreciated. No bin in the room, and towel could have been larger.
