Liked: Good location, close to Paddington station, and lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. Also a rather big Waitrose close.The manager put an effort to find a room without stairs to climb, for my father sake. We got a good room at ground floor.Second visit to this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing big issue. Unfortunately no breakfast service.

Disliked: I asked for two rooms for four of us, so he gave me a small room with three beds.

Disliked: Overall room was n’t clean. We stayed in room no 202, where no WiFi at all. However, in the ground floor WiFi was working.In the bathroom, shower door was stuck.Bed was n’t comfortable.

Unpleasant experience. I am deeply...

Disliked: We had the twin beds. The beddings e.g. was not changed. They didn’t look and smell clean. I moved the bed as it’s moving a lot as we sat down. Then in the evening I dropped my hair band and accidentally moved the bed more to the right and found underneath the bed dirty socks, lots of dust accumulated all over the socks and floor under the beds. It’s ridiculous setting. We were shocked. It looked like it wasn’t cleaned for ages to see the accumulated dust. I’m deeply disappointed and I couldn’t wait to report this. My sister and I tried to sleep but people upstairs were constantly loud, banging the wall, dragging something like beds or things, thumping hard and loud as they walked around constantly until 5.45am. We didn’t sleep at all that night. I couldn’t see anyone at the reception. It’s ridiculous! It wasn’t a pleasant stay or experience at all. I believe it’s fair to request a refund. I would appreciate it. Thank you very much for your attention regarding this matter.
