Liked: The staff were all extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. Very good service from check in to check out.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little worn and the bed base was stained as were the walls in the room.

Modern stay in countryside

Liked: The bed was very cosy and comfortable, the room was clean with touches of luxury in the products that were made available for free. Food was awesome and room service was exceptional. Staff were quite nice and very helpful too...even with random requests like helping to thread a needle !!
Disliked: The hotel should consider having an all day breakfast in the menu so that if you wake up late, you can still order room service breakfast.

Liked: The breakfast selection was very good, and the food was fresh and of good quality.
Disliked: The only thing I would say let’s it down would be value for money, when you are paying over £309 for a room for one night having breakfast included within that would make it far more value for money. I wouldn’t expect to pay over £300 for a room for one night and then need to pay an extra £47 for two people to eat breakfast in addition when it’s a buffet breakfast and self service
