A lovely short stay. Lovely...
Liked: Location and dinner was exceptional
Disliked: One member of staff, a man, was a bit offhand and dismissed his female colleague on our arrival. The females on reception were excellent in comparison

A pleasant place to stay.
Liked: My room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom - narrow opening to access bath and grab rail not adjacent to entry/exit from bath.

Nice hotel with space for...
Liked: The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. My favorite part was the shower room, which offered a three-dimensional water flow—an absolutely enjoyable experience.Breakfast had a great variety, with delicious croissants and aromatic coffee.I also appreciate Vincenzo, the operations manager, for his professionalism and strong sense of courtesy. He always welcomes feedback, whether positive or negative, and listens to guests with patience and genuine interest.
Disliked: The waiter in the breakfast room appeared rude and dismissive, at least towards me. When I walked in and greeted him, he did not respond. Later, when serving my tea, he placed the pot on my table without a word. Interestingly, I noticed a stark contrast in his demeanor when serving local British guests, which made me wonder about the reason for the difference.When I shared my experience with the receptionist, I was told that 18-year-olds are shy when speaking to adults and that I shouldn't feel bad about it. I found this response both ridiculous and condescending. Providing proper staff training and ensuring polite customer service should be a basic requirement for a four-star hotel. Additionally, the receptionist should be more mindful of their responses, as unprofessional remarks can reflect poorly on the hotel's reputation.
