Disliked: Receptionist attempted to serve two customers simultaneously, disregarding the fact that I had been waiting first. Furthermore, both the receptionist and the duty manager displayed an impolite and condescending attitude, which was deeply unprofessional and unacceptable. The duty manager was blunt and attempted to correct what I said to him in a educative manner. This behavior not only compromised the quality of service but also made me feel undervalued as a guest.

Liked: We asked for a quiet room and we had a great room at the end of a corridor and on the top floor. Staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times.
