Liked: Everything is newly renovated and super clean. It was an excellent place to stay and perfect location.
Disliked: Nothing we loved everything.

Nice, clean property

Liked: Going through a reminds restaurant and bar wasn’t open which we were expecting. Rooms were great, clean and spacious. Customer service was excellent! 10 min walk to beach.

Liked: Room was a large size with two good sized double beds.
Disliked: It is being updated and not yet finished. Signage is practically non existent from the road. Hard to locate.

Liked: Staff was extremely nice. Room itself was clean and of good size. Property was sketchy looking enough we never pulled the bags from the car into the room. Checked in, decided to think about the prospect of spending the night here over lunch, decided somewhere else was the move.
Disliked: The property was under heavy renovation. Parked between a porta potty and multiple dumpsters in the back. Things demolished/needing to be demolished everywhere. Looked like what it was, a construction site in progress. Hotel being renamed the Garden, so drove past 3 times before identifying the Royal Beach Palace by a small sign tacked on the side of the building. Location was pretty good. About a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. Many shops/restaurants within 10-15 minute easy walk.
