Cheap for a reason

Liked: Close to beach. Staff attentive and friendly. Rooms were remodeled.
Disliked: Weeds outside (goat heads that stuck in our shoes and skin). Running water was yellow! Bath water was yellow. Sharp gash in bottom of tub. Refrigerator door was clear and the light inside of it NEVER shut off. Lit up the room all night. Had to pay extra for parking. SURPRISE.

Wait for the finished product

Liked: The two beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nice.
Disliked: We didn't like the fact that you couldn't open the blind without having people looking in, no privacy sheers. The air conditioner was very noisy. The whole place felt like it was thrown together, nowhere to sit other than the bed or dining chair. Cleaning staff seemed nice. My top sheet had a stain on it at the top.

Liked: I was on the 2nd Fl in the corner. It smelled like urine right outside the room.

Inompetent staff

Liked: Nice room, nice pool with wifi, and great location across the street from CVS and restaurant
Disliked: Arrived at 2:30am after booking a room for 3 but only got a room with one bed due to incompetent staff who were not able to read the reservation properly. In the middle of the night had to change rooms. Wasted a hald hour of my sleep time and got no compensation for it, except for an apology which I wasn't even able to purchase breakfast with!!
