Liked: Location and room position, we were upgraded and looked over the sea. Breakfast was very good.

Wonderful overnight stay.

Liked: The staff were excellent and gave us a free upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The room was lovely and spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good, all laid out with ease to find what you need, staff were lovely and attentive. Check in and out were easy processes, which made it so simple and was really nice that the duty manager showed us to our room and even helped with our belongings.
Disliked: There wasn't much to grumble about really, we were unfortunate to be in a room next to someone who thought it was OK to make a racket at 3am by banging about, soon piped down when I shouted for them to give it a rest at 4am! lol.... The only down points at breakfast were undrinkable coffee, tasted awful even with sugar added. Plus the porridge was like gloop, even adding apricot jam couldn't save it, very minor issues though. What we didn't like, someone else may love.
