Very welcoming hotel.
Liked: Very welcoming, friendly staff. Very clean premises.
Disliked: Not the best location. There are nicer areas of Taunton. Although it was close to amenities.

Good value in a useful...
Liked: Location is really good close to Taunton Station, staff were very helpful. to be honest value for money because they are a lot cheaper than other hotels in Taunton.
Disliked: They can't do much about it but the the stairs up (2 flights) were hard work with bags and there is no lift. View from window pretty grim but hey, staff were good and it was cheap and cheerful.
