Liked: Great location, nice atmosphere, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: James was lovely and helpful at check in. We went to our room, put the do not disturb light on outside the door and went to bed for a nap as we were going to have a very late night. We were awoken by a phone call from James checking in to see how we settled in and did we need anything….. in my opinion it would be much better if reception staff advised guests to call reception if there is anything they need.

I would recommend this hotel...

Liked: The location.The beds are comfy. Rooms are quite.
Disliked: -Breakfast time is at 7. Most of the people leave for work before 7 so starting at 6 as most of the other hotels will be great. - No Microwave. I asked the front disk worker and she told me that I can ask her to open the breakfast room when I need to heat up my food as there is only one microwave for everyone.

Liked: We love the location which is right downtown, walkable to so many places, the breakfast is very good and well presented, under ground parking is good, need to be there early for check in they only have a certain amount of spots but there are other places In which you can park.
