Fantastic!

Liked: Booked for my parents as a birthday present and they absolutely loved it.Great location and said the staff were lovely.Prior to them arriving I was in contact with the hotel and the hotel did me a solid with some things to celebrate for their birthdays, going above and beyond expectations!

Liked: It’s a nice hotel. The guy at check out was very kind. The beds were comfortable.

I'm a regular in Amsterdam...

Liked: The staff, breakfast, location, and the view from Room 301.
Disliked: I didn't like that Holland lost to England :(Would you ever consider having a bunk bed in 301? It would double the floor space and may appeal to younger tourists.

Expensive, poor room, dreadful breakfast.

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Considering the price - the breakfast was very poor. Hot food was dried up and inedible. very little fruit or nice bread. The room was very cramped. The bed was right next to a wall so one of us had to crawl to the bottom of the bed to get out. We are in our seventies so this was awkward. Had dinner one night and had to return the schnitzel - knife would not cut it. Not a good experience.
