Worst Hotel in Brisbane

Disliked: Rude and somehow racist staff. Very dirty room with dirty carpet. No extractor fan in the bathroom. Doors too heavy to open and close. Very poor wifi connection. No smart TV. Telephone in the room out of order unable to receive and make call. Worst hotel in Brisbane!!! Do not stay in this hotel!!!!!!!

Disliked: Grand property although the entrance is weird as you walk through a cafe to get to it..

Liked: Loved the location, the royal look of the room which made me feel like a queen quite literally :)
Disliked: Nothing as such as I barely spent any time due to my flight cancellation. Glad I got the room on such a short notice :)

Liked: This is our go to hotel in Brisbane simply because it is in a great location. However, it is becoming tired and in need of maintenance. Mould on the shower grout, bathroom doors that don’t shut properly because of water damage, one lift not working for all floors and an wifi system that is slow and drops out. The staff are great but owners/management that can effect the needed changes have dropped the ball unfortunately.
