Perfect place highly recommended.

Liked: The location was ideal for the Spa as we were going to a concert there. 5 Min walk from cliff lift which was a bonus. A good 15 min walk into town , didnt bother us as it was a lovely walk. The hotel was very grand , the staff amazing, \clare came to greet us,All in all we will be back, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Spacious room, excellent breakfast. Great location for the Spa Theatre.
Disliked: Bought a parking pass because drove around for a while loiking for non restricted parking area.

2nd time coming was still...

Liked: This was our 2nd time and to be honest everytime we have stayed in scarbrough we have tried booking here. Everything was same as last time. Enjoyed our stay and will continue to try and book here.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Lovely B&b. Would definitely stay...

Liked: Amazing large room with a sofa and chairs. Great location. A lovely mix of modern and traditional. Lovely B&b. A lovely welcome when we arrived.Cooked breakfast very nice and tasty. Especially black pudding.
Disliked: Road was noisy but can’t be helped. It would have been nice at breakfast to have juices/ cereal pointed out and maybe to have extra toast offered as well.No one around at check out to hand keys and parking permit to.
