Liked: We had a lovely stay and were very impressed with the staff and the food. The spa and gym facilities were great too. I would definitely recommend this as a spa getaway
Disliked: Our shower was extremely powerful and so powerful that the water didn’t drain quick enough which meant that water was overflowing out of the shower tray! We were in Foxglove room

Sadly the experience and price...

Liked: Breakfast was ok, staff were nice.
Disliked: We wasn't able to sleep as there was an issue with the plumbing in the bathroom so we were transferred to another room..however there was a noise coming from the boiler outside our window which was a constant humming noise so it was impossible to get sleep, also there was no hand soap in either rooms..we were given some money off our stay but we would of rathered had nice sleep!

Liked: Below average. First visit in many years. Not what it used to be. Paid for a suite, but not worth the value anymore. Would recommend sticking to the standard rooms.
Disliked: Cleanliness and quality.
