Very poor value for money

Liked: The staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly
Disliked: Ref the suite booked........I have paid 'much less for much better' !!! The access to the room; 'Rose' was up very narrow and awkward flights of stairs and when carrying a suitcase, it was made even more difficult. If it was my wife carrying the case, she would have really struggled to get it to the suite ........ even I found it not the easiest of access !!!The room itself was OK at best and definitely not worth the £400+ cost for the 1 night we had booked........which when combined with the cost of the 'average' quality evening meal, meant we had a £600+ cost which simply could not be justified.

Liked: The staff at Rowhill Grange truly went above and beyond to make our stay (and more specifically, my boyfriend's birthday) truly wonderful. Thank you for the generous upgrade and for dressing the room! Your spa facilities were also amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
