Secret gem of a location.

Liked: Perfect location to rest for walkers of the West Highland Way and great for others to meet these explorers and be inspired to do the same. I am definitely considering it and will be one of those walkers staying at the Hostel in the future to rest.
Disliked: It started to rain and the mist rolled down from the mountains created a dreich atmosphere of doom and gloom. It was as if the mountains wanted to be hidden away from tourists. Even the absence of midges welcoming us was noticed and very disappointing.

Exceptional

This place was cute and...

Liked: Checkin was great, location was great, breakfast was fine.
Disliked: The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on in the hotel while you're trying to sleep. This was the only night I had to put my ear buds in because I could hear next door rooms flushing toilets and kids running up and down the halls. I know that's something that the hotel can't control, but it just made for a less-than-desirable night of sleep after being exhausted from walking the West Highland Way.
