More than adequate
Liked: very clean, albeit old, but I don't mind as long as it is clean. Good little frig & microwave to prepare my frozen dinner and store perishables. Quiet, but there were few guests the night I stayed.
Disliked: Front desk person needs to improve her English -- us elderly folks have a difficult time understanding heavily accented English.

A good place to stay!
Liked: Small and comfortable. The check in person was very accommodating to my elderly mother and I appreciated that extra effort. For the price it was much more comfortable than larger hotels. We enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The location is a bit sketchy, but overall it was ok. We were given rooms in the back and that felt a lot more comfortable and safe. Otherwise it was a good deal.
