Disliked: I was there for 6 days and never got my room clean one time I even asked and they never cleaned it

Liked: The lobby and main entrance were nice
Disliked: Our toilet was not put in properly so it moved when we sat down The hot tub was way to big for the room for just 2 people The floors were cold to step on def need rugsCorner room so much noise hard to sleep

Liked: The hot tub was amazing.
Disliked: The bed was very hard

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the bathroom shower worked well..
Disliked: The Air conditioner leaked all over our stuff and they didn't offer any form of compensation when I went to check out. The jacuzzi whirlpool rub was stained like it had a half foot of standing water or something previously so my date didn't feel comfortable even using it. (Whole reason I rented it) $187!!! Then upon arrival was told I had to put a $100 cash deposit for beingba resident of Springfield. Which I don't live there anymore. I moved to a small town months and months ago. Just didn't update license.

Liked: The Decor first of All. Staff, Slots, location is perfect close to several restaurants, Walmart, expressways, gas station Walgreens etc.
Disliked: Route 66
