Disappointing in every aspect except...

Liked: just location.
Disliked: There is no water in the room. The bathroom is very old and out of date. The window does not open at all. You have no chance of getting air. There is no spare duvet or blanket. Although we came as a couple, there is only one slipper. It should not be preferred by its name other than its location. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel. It can be 3 stars at most. The breakfast is inadequate. We preferred it because it was 5 stars but we were shocked. Never again a Marriot hotel.

Amazing stay!

Liked: WOW! It all started with the ''pre-arrival.'' I had some questions regarding a birthday celebration for my friend's birthday, and the lovely Federica was so kind and patient in answering all of my questions. Upon checking in, Brit assisted us. Unfortunately, the room was not ready, but she kindly offered for us to leave our luggage. When we picked up our keys later in the evening, we were welcomed by Federica! She was as lovely on the phone as in real life (I hope I am not mixing two Federica's ;P ) The bar was really nice; you had a lot of options and friendly staff. Later we decided to order some room service, and the gentleman who answered the phone was so so so friendly! He really took his time in answering our questions about adding things off the menu (cocktails). The room service was very fast, and the food was amazing! The homemade cheesecake and the cocktails were a 10/10!!!! My compliments to the chef and the bartenders. Lastly, the breakfast was very good; we were greeted by a silver fox, :) who was such a delight. After we were seated, we immediately were asked for our drink order and an explanation regarding the menu. You can order à la carte, or you can browse in the buffet. Overall, amazing hotel; we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was really friendly and kind, and we felt the hotel really provided a 5-star service. I will definitely come here again. PS. The only thing I missed was my dear friend Coca-Cola.

Liked: Everything was great, from out arrival to out departure. The staff was very friendly and help full. If you hesitate I really recommend you to stop and book this hotel.
