Liked: Facilities are almost good
Disliked: The staff at reception looked unprofessional, especially when paying by card, they could not explain what the deposit money was for and in general both my cards were not accepted because of the unprofessionalism of this shift, they did not understand the difference between deposits and credit cards, so all my card payments did not work, I was forced to pay cash. Also, no minibar is available in my fridge (for a room price of 184 euros), no drinking water stocked in the room, and only one room slippers for two people (smile).... There are a lot of unpleasant nuances for a 5-star hotel! I advise everyone to think before renting a room!
