Friendly staff, lovely hotel, shame...

Liked: Lovely room
Disliked: My husband asked for a vegan breakfast and was proved 2 fried egg, they staff didn’t seem to understand why what a problem. Flicking lights in restaurant.

Great location if visiting Grosvenor...

Liked: Stayed in a superior twin room. Comfortable with a garden view. Barman was a cheerful soul, very friendly and chatty.Breakfast was a little slow having the hot dishes being brought out to the buffet table. Good selection to choose from with cereals, pastries & fruit also.
Disliked: Radiators were on a timer so the room was initially cold when we checked in. Not really big enough for the size of the room.
