Liked: I booked ROSO guest house for 4 nights. My husband and I were so enchanted with it that I booked it again for 5 nights later on in our trip. The staff was so kind and attentive. The housekeeping was unbelievably aesthetic, and the attention to detail was outstanding.Breakfast served by sisters Adriana and Lilian was lovely! After a day of touring wonderful Mexico City you will be happy to “come home” to Roso Guest House.

Liked: This was a last-minute booking due to our Air BnB not working out when we arrived in CDMX. The Rosso staff accommodated our luggage and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The host made us delicious cappuccinos when we checked in, and allowed us early access to our room. The hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Not only was it spotless and very charming, the location couldn't have been any better. Walkable to all the best restaurants, shops, bakeries, parks, and coffee shops. The hotel rooms were recently remolded and included all the modern touches of comfort like AC, a king-sized bed, wonderful pillows, a big spacious bathroom, and even room service! We loved having breakfast and cappuccinos on the terrace each morning and chatting with the friendly staff. The biggest highlight was the Rosso staff, everyone was so lovely, warm, gracious, and accommodating. They gave great recommendations of things to do in the area and were always very helpful and responsive when we had questions. Unfortunately on our last day, my partner and I got a bit of food poisoning and the hotel staff always made sure we had water, hot tea, medicine that we needed, and the Chef even prepared a special meal to accommodate our sickness, which she delivered to our room. We felt extremely cared for, and that goes beyond anything I can properly put in a review. The hospitality was truly exceptional and touched our hearts. I would without a doubt stay again and again at Rosso Guest House. I have already recommended this stay to friends whom will be traveling to CDMX next month. I can't say enough how much Rosso Guest House made our trip so wonderful and special. A HUGE THANK YOU!

Pretty Guest House in Roma...

Liked: Sweet little Hotel in historic home in the middle of Roma Norte. Nice central location in CDMX. Spacious rooms and bathrooms with pretty balcony doors. Beautiful antique features throughout the house. Extremely attentive staff.
Disliked: I like to sleep with windows/ doors open but, due to the historic layout of the house, the foot traffic and conversation in the courtyard kept me awake. I closed the doors and there was no noise.

Roso Guest House is truly...

Liked: Roso Guest House is truly a beautifully quaint and quiet oasis in Mexico City. The location was great, the aesthetic and comfort throughout the hotel was also lovely. Very kind and helpful staff, comfortable bed, large bathrooms.
Disliked: Some improvements would be to the breakfast provided, the dinner options, the water temperature fluctuated every minute, and lastly it was quiet except for the upstairs guests directly above our room. Their stomps and noise were really loud so maybe better insulation somehow?

Liked: The room was beautiful. Staff Very friendly and attentive and it feels very safe. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Our room was above the reception area and therefor it is a little noisy/lively with music at times.
