Horrible experience. Stay somewhere else.

Liked: There is very little to like about this property.
Disliked: The staff were impossible to deal with. The hotel needs to be updated desperately and the “pool” is the size of a large bathtub. Couldn’t use it if other guests were there.

Disliked: Cramped building and rooms, no light (except in gym, which is very small), small lobby lounge, expensive relative to other similar hotels

Liked: The location, the dcor and size of room.
Disliked: Very little room for unpacking. And the food service, both in-room service and the restaurant were below standard. Note that the rating is good as a "hotel" but the food service brought the overall rating down.

Liked: This hotel was absolutely phenomenal! The best part was the staff, we felt like kings from the treatment we received from them!
Disliked: That we haven't stayed here before
