Liked: Great hotel, highly recommended

Liked: Location was perfect as I had meetings in the city centre. The staff was also friendly.
Disliked: Restaurant was not meeting my expectations, the breakfast had to be mainly ordered and therefore takes much longer as well as you can not combine more dishes in small portions, but order only one and you are full. The room was not cozy, very spaceous but cold. There was no working table where I could sit and work comfortably on a PC for some time. There was noone in the SPA reception 2 times I came there. My room was not cleaned for 2 days. They said my "do not disturb" button was on, but I didn't even know I had one. So, someone should guide me through the room when I came and explain the buttons and lightning (it took me some time to find out how to increase the volume of lights as it was very dark).
