Great hotel for Christmas

Liked: Location and holiday decorations. Very festive!
Disliked: Extra fees for ‘hotel services’ that were not declared when booking the room. Missing info on booking.com

It’s a great stay ,...

Liked: The staff is so professional and very welcoming and eager to help at anyway. They are fast and applying care for me and my kids. For example: I asked for a barber near me and the concierge walked with me to the barber outside the hotel and introduced me to the barber!
Disliked: Breakfast in the morning, staff was a bit harsh and need to improve their spirit. Their work is great but they seem to be not enjoying what they do.

A perfect birthday celebration

Liked: Stunning hotel with the most helpful staff. We stayed for my husbands birthday and celebrated at the Pie Room. It couldn’t have been more perfect!
