Disliked: When we visited Rosewood /Vienna , I thought we had to try the Rosewoods in all other cities .Our experience was beyond amazing!This was far from a five-star hotel experience. For the first time ever, we had to join a waiting list just to have breakfast, only to wait over an hour for a table—only to be served a very limited and overpriced set menu.Our bathroom wasn’t functioning properly, which added to the frustration. Upon our late evening arrival, there was no staff to assist with our luggage or even direct us to the hotel entrance, which was difficult to find, as it was obscured by people smoking outside the adjacent pub.To make matters worse, instead of releasing the hold on our credit card after we paid in cash at checkout, the hotel mistakenly charged double the amount. Despite sending an email, we received no response and had to follow up with a phone call. Only then were we told it was a “human error” and that they would correct it—yet it still took over 10 days for the full amount to be refunded.Overall, a deeply disappointing experience that fell well below the standards expected from a luxury hotel.

Liked: Very british, nice high end atmosphere. Great restaurants and lobby!
Disliked: The heating was a bit loud and not making the room super warm. And probably not top notch for what this standard should be.

Liked: We had an amazing stay at Rosewood London! The service was truly excellent. The family room was spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail and exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!
