Disliked: The manager at night. His attitude is terrible. Would not listen and kept cutting me off in conversation about refund. Calling booking.com liars and said over and over. Would not listen. Terrible treatment. He should not be allowed to talk to public. He is a mean person with a major attitude.

Liked: Horrible customer service!! Very disrespectful. Lye to me about him canceling my reservation. I called booking.com and the canceled it at no charge to me( the hi light of my experience) I let the representative know how badly treated and that was lyed about canceling the reservation. I called the hotel 16 times with no vail.
