Nice hotel and lots of...

Liked: Walking distance to convention center. 24 hour food availability
Disliked: I don’t usually care to have to pay to self park but needed to have convenience of the location for the event we were going to. I feel if I am paying to stay that should include my parking?

Liked: Hotel was great. Very clean and nice staff.
Disliked: First check in was told the rate directly through them was much cheaper and couldn't get an adjustment because we booked with booking.com. tried reaching out to Booking with no results. Got to our room and the a/c was broken. They had to replace the a/c while we were trying to relax after along drive in.

Disliked: The shower was not cleaned. It had a used bar of soap and something yucky on the tub wall.
