Liked: Nice room.
Disliked: The distance to an ice machine. Directions were poor at best. The buffet breakfast was horrible. Food was not even warm and it cost $13.95 plus a service fee!

Liked: Great location for Universal - able to walk to the parks within 30min. Shuttle was also great (morning and arvo only, not during the day), room was quite large.
Disliked: What looks like a concierge desk at the front is actually a marketing desk, not helpful
