Lovely B&B near downtown Little...

Liked: Lovely B&B near downtown Little Rock. Walkable to a street with restaurants and a great bakery. The rooms were clean, spacious, nicely decorated. I would definitely come back.
Disliked: The parking in the back is down a narrow driveway to the left of the house. Hard to see in the dark and very narrow. Also, the instructions for the entry code are buried at the bottom of a long email under "read more". We had some anxious moments late on the first night trying to find the code. Suggest moving it at the top of the email.

Special property in downtown Little...

Liked: This was the second time I stayed at this B&B. Both times, I have been delighted with the accommodations. The furnishings and details are lovely. It's like stepping back in time. The pastries were delicious, but I missed the yogurt and granola that I had previously. Off street parking available was appreciated.
Disliked: Speaking of stepping, the only thing that I would recommend would be some added information on the website that describes the stairways needed to access many of the rooms. Just as advertised, the Tree Top Cottage, required some serious outdoor stairs.

Liked: The atmosphere was warm and inviting. I loved the original design that stayed true to time when the house was built.
Disliked: The parking was snug but plenty of alternative parking places.

It was home away from...

Liked: The cottage was clean and welcoming. After 2 days on the roads, the comfortable bed and real delicious breakfast were much appreciated. We didn’t realize downtown restaurants and the freeways entrance the second day were so close because the cottage located in a quiet residential neighborhood. While we walked our dog, we saw Arkansas museum of Fine Arts is one block away. We didn’t have the time to check it out, but we sure would visit it the next time. Oh, did we mention about the beautiful garden in front of the cottage? Our dog definitely loved it.

Liked: We loved how the house was decorated with Christmas, made it really feel like home away from home
Disliked: Couldn't figure out the fireplace, got a little chilly at night
