Liked: The staff and location were superb. The table and chairs were great, right by a sliding door outside to the garden with an outdoor table seating area.. It was super clean.
Disliked: Our unit was very cramped for two people. There were two beds made up in the living area which were unnecessary for a couple. The only seating was a low sofa bed which was not comfortable to sit on. The toilet was too cramped for adults to close the door without contorting.

Liked: Last minute trip, unit was clean but smelt damp
Disliked: Bins and cars right up at window didn’t match car park associated with unit number, milk was supposed to be complementary but wasn’t provided. Double bed seem to be in not good order

Awesome very friendly and clean.

Liked: The hostess was very friendly and courteous The room was clean and tidy and the neighbourhood was quiet and close to the city centre.
Disliked: The whole experience was very delightful, close to resturants and the sea and I will stay there again if staying in Tauranga.
