Liked: Room with jaccuzzi bath was great, and location was perfect for me.

Rave for Pacific Grove, disappointment...

Liked: The location of the property and the size of the room was excellent.
Disliked: The property continues to decline and deteriorate. Nothing worked. The windows were all left open and they were broken so I had to walk around the exterior of the building to close them then they would not stay latched as many of the latches were broken. The screens were flimsy and only partially attached. It took a while to fall asleep since the room could not be secured. It was a 40° and very chilly. The bathroom was in deplorable shape. The toilet paper holder was gone and one had to balance the toilet paper on the sink. The bathtub was rusted and chipped. The damage to the bottom of the door was surprising. The fireplace did not work and when I called, they said I just needed to leave the switch on longer. I left it on all night and it never came on. The refrigerator froze everything solid. The television in the bedroom did not work. The room was just basically a place to sleep not relax.

Disliked: It seemed rundown, and there were a little bit of holes in certain walls and blue tape on others

Liked: Location was great, a short walk to the Asilomar facility. I ate good meals at the Monterey Design Conference.
