Liked: The rooms were nice and clean, staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: For bigger cars the parking made exiting a little more difficult

Liked: Great location, right on Nepean hwy, right in the middle of rye and rosebud. A couple of minutes drive both ways.
Disliked: A bit of carpet or rug under the bed wouldn’t go a stray to make it cosy and warm.

Liked: Hosts are really friendly and helpful. There is a dining area where guests can cook and a BBQ area as well. The room is clean, with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster provided inside the room.

Liked: My 2 friends and I came to celebrate our milestone together in Mornington Peninsula and wanted a place to stay for just one night. We looked around and found that Rosebud Motel has different configurations of beds that accommodate our needs. It is also located less than 10 minutes' drive from the venue of our celebration. Our room was clean and uncluttered and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Our room was at the front of the block and close to the road.
