Lovely room, very clean, good...

Liked: Lovely property and very clean room. Breakfast was average - cold full English breakfast. Additional service charge for an already expensive stay is optional but entirely unnecessary.
Disliked: Breakfast was average. Initially no USB charger in room and additional service charges are unnecessary.

Liked: Hotel in a charming building and the room was nice with a comfortable bed. Daily cleaning was good. The location is conveniently located near Paddington station and the Heathrow express.
Disliked: On checkout I was charged a 5% ‘service fee’ or tip. I know it is discretionary but don’t like it at all. I have stayed in London dozens of times but never experienced this before. Rooms next to the elevator experience some sounds of it. Half of our group got a fruitbasket with welcome card in their room, the other half did not (same rooms and rates) which was strange.

Liked: Around 4 mins walk from Paddington station All the staff especially Vishnu was very welcoming and helpful during our stay Bed was very comfortable and the AC/heating was easy to adjust
Disliked: Nothing everything was very good

Liked: The room was lovely. The bed was super comfortable.
Disliked: Awful grimy view from the window of a dirty wall. The shower was terrible. It was very weak and covered in limescale
