Excellent place to stay.

Liked: Everything was very pleasant. The staff were welcoming. The bed was comfortable and it was warm and pretty.

We only had 24 hours...

Liked: The suite with the balcony was exceptional. The location, 1 block from Kensington gardens and a few minutes from Paddington could not have been better.

Beautiful hotel, staff are so...

Liked: Always an amazing stay. Such a lovely hotel.
Disliked: Can be premium price during peak times but a lovely spot.

Liked: Excellent staff… very friendly, great location.

Not luxury but quaint and...

Liked: This place isn’t luxurious but it is quaint and in a fantastic location so near to Paddington and Hyde Park. The room was basic and the bath never got very hot, but the bed was confortable. The staff is pleasant, except for the woman who hastily accused me of not paying at the end of my stay— even though I did. Unfortunately this soured my experience. But her incompetence shouldn’t overshadow the kindness of the front staff that kindly allowed me to check in early.

Not the best experience

Liked: Staff not very friendly. My daughter’s breakfast was cold and come about 20 minutes after mine, when I told the receptionist about this she really wasn’t helpful and was quite rude.

Superb

On the whole was satisfied...

Liked: Check in was good. Doorman very helpful. Great location. Spacious bathroom. Room was spacious and pleasant. Bed very comfortable.
Disliked: Water in bathroom was not very hot. Shower head at the wrong end of bathtub making it tricky to get your head under the shower. Half the channels on TV were pixelating and broken up. Coffee pods could have an explanation of what they contained. Looked up the brand online to figure it out. None of these issues were deal breakers, but there is room for improvement.
