Excellent service in a top...

Liked: A fantastic location especially if you take the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station. Such helpful & attentive staff too. We stayed five nights in a Junior Suite. Beautiful decor with genuine antique furniture. The 4 poster bed was so wonderful.
Disliked: I always like a walk in shower but I did appreciate the safety rail & bath mat for safety in the bath & shower.

Best place to stay around...

Liked: The staff at the reception were exceptional and super friendly. The rooms were crisp and impeccable and loved the authentic English dećor.

My new perfect place in...

Liked: Room was large and lovely. The amenities are top-notch Penhaligons, and once used they replaced every day. Gorgeous decor and a window that opens which is rare for hotels these days. A beautiful view of a church. Close to the best line on the underground and a 5 minute walk from Paddington so no need to take an expensive taxi to Heathrow. !5 minutes and you arrive at the airport via Heathrow Express. Svetlana was the most welcoming of hostesses. The whole front desk team is top notch. I had never stayed at a Roseate property but I will in the future. I have long been traveling to London and have stayed pretty much everywhere. I finally found my London home.
Disliked: I think nothing. I am very picky and the property met all of my expectations.
