Liked: The location was good, the staff were lovely and accommodating.
Disliked: The Decor needs updating in one of the rooms there was a cracked mirror. The furniture needs updating too.

Liked: The hotel is ideally placed for the promenade and shops.There is free street parking nearby albeit a short walk away, and overnight parking outside the hotel if spaces available.All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help ensure our needs were met.The room was large, comfortable, clean and warm and the buffet full English breakfast was plentiful and of excellent quality, especially the bacon & sausage which were very tasty.We have no complaints at all about the hotel & staff and we would definitely book again.

Liked: The hotel was nice. The grand floor and canteen look great and have a very good breakfast, you can help yourself and eat as much as you can. The towels and bedding were clean.
Disliked: On the bed frame and on shelfs were dust, and the carpet didn't look clean with hair and small pieces of stuff.The lamp on the wall had no bulbs, and the lamp on the side table couldn't be connected as no there wasn't a socket nearby.The view from our room it wasn't nice also and with the key room was attached quite heavy padlock so it was hard to carry it.
