Disliked: The property looks so old, dusty and scary and I have paid the amount and they have refused to refund after I have seen the rooms disaster as you would never feel safe

Liked: Location was excellent, staff very friendly and bed comfy
Disliked: Hotel needs some TLC there was peeling paint, cracks in ceiling, lamp loose on the wall, shower dial missing the front cap, toilet wobbled when sat on - all little things that made the appearance not great!
