Liked: The room size was acceptable ,the service was great especially by Mr Zak who is really very helpful and pay attention to smallest detail.The location is very good in a calm street fifteen minutes from Eiffel Tower and seven from Beaugrenelle Mall

cold and unprofessional

Disliked: A very unpleasant experience. I didn’t even stay there in the end. I arrived at around 10 p.m., it was a cold night in Paris, and the air conditioning was not working. I contacted the staff , and he confirmed the issue but said there were no other rooms available and that it could only be fixed the next day—there was nothing he could do. He just left me there without saying anything. I had no choice but to go find another hotel for that night.I had booked two nights, and according to the payment policy, no refund was possible. I didn’t argue further at the time, but what really disappointed me was that the hotel never offered any compensation or even a sincere apology in the following email communication. Booking.com contacted the hotel that night but got no response, and they eventually gave me a €35 voucher as a gesture of goodwill.I am very disappointed with how the hotel handled the situation.

Beautiful and Comfortable

Liked: The room was so cozy and the bed / pillows were so comfortable. It had stylish, retro decor, and my window opened onto a courtyard which let in the sound of birds singing (very tranquil). Also the shower pressure was excellent and it was nice and hot. Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The lack of sound proofing. I could hear the movements of other travellers walking around /opening doors in the rooms above & next to me quite clearly. It wasn’t a huge issue, as I was out and about most of the time, however it was not ideal to hear in the early hours of the morning.
