It could have been better…
Liked: Quiet area , seems like a decent safe area.
Disliked: The rooms were super small, to the point where it was hard to open our luggage comfortably. We also had some issues with the appliances, and the bathroom ended up flooding after each shower. The aircon seemed to be controlled by the admins – no matter what temperature we set, it would drop and stay on fan mode even though I asked for heat from reception. Nothing changed, and I ended up being cold. Overall Everything seems abit challenging although the staff tried to make things better by providing another room, we faced similar issues and didnt bother to raise it again. We have had better stays and just didn’t really enjoy this one unfortunately.

Disliked: Dear Booking.com Customer Support,I am writing to request clarification regarding a payment discrepancy for a recent hotel reservation made through your platform.On February 1, 2025, I made a reservation via Booking.com, and an amount of €69 was debited from my account for a stay on February 2, 2025. The transaction was processed on February 1, 2025, at 13:22 (Paris time). However, upon my arrival at the hotel, the reception staff informed me that the price of my stay was €80.06, and they claimed they had not received any payment from Booking.com. I was assured that if there had been an error, any overpayment would be refunded.Given the situation and after a long day of travel, I proceeded with the payment of €80.06 on-site. This transaction was completed on February 3, 2025, at 01:01 AM.I kindly request your assistance in reviewing the transactions associated with my booking and confirming the correct amount I am liable to pay. Specifically:Was my initial payment of €69 properly received and forwarded to the hotel?Is the correct price €69 or €80.06?Do I need to pay any additional amount, or am I entitled to a refund for any overpayment?I would like to emphasize that I have never encountered such a duplicate charge issue before, regardless of whether I book through online platforms, directly with hotels, or upon arrival.
