Outstanding Cornish b and b!

Liked: Wonderful b and b well located close to the centre of Bodmin. Charming character property with lovely fixtures and fittings and a homely, cosy feel.Colin and Sarah are amazing hosts. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about Bodmin and the surrounding region. Rooms are a good size and ours had a smart en suite shower room. The heating system is excellent and kept us warm and cosy even in a chilly mid October. Breakfast is first class and well presented. This was our second time at Roscrea and we loved it. One of the best b and b's we have stayed in. Highly recommended!

Ideal place to stay when...

Liked: Near to my family and local activities such as Bodmin Jail. Home made bread and a lovely breakfast very friendly my second stay one of the best B&B l stayed in Bodmin.

Disliked: Unloading was tricky as location was on a busy narrow road. Bodmin is an old town with narrow streets.

Great place to stay with...

Liked: The location was excellent for access to the Bodmin Railway (which was the main reason for our visit). Was also an easy walk to restaraunts, cafes and shops. Breakfast each day was excellent. Sarah was a great friendly host who made sure we were confortable and had every thing we needed.
Disliked: Parking was the only issue. Was uneasy about having to stop on the road (which is fairly narrow) to unload and load. Was a bit of a walk to the private parking area, but at least it was free and off road.
